What is the Longevity World Cup?

An open longevity sport competition where longevity athletes submit biological age results and rank on public leaderboards by age reduction.

How do rankings work?

The Ultimate League ranks Pro athletes before Amateur athletes, then orders each track by effective age reduction and tie breakers.

Which biological aging clocks are used?

The current public competition uses pheno age for the Amateur path and bortz age for the Pro seasonal path.

How do I join?
